Anwälte kommunizieren über das Eingabefeld einer Überweisung. Ist das üblich?
Ein Anwalt versucht, seit langem mich zu Zahlungen an einen Mandanten zu bewegen, zu denen ich meine nicht verpflichtet zu sein. Bisher habe ich nicht reagiert. Seit neuestem überweist er nun auf mein Konto 0, 01 € und schreibt mir in das Texteingabefeld Mitteilungen. Ist dies ein bei Anwälten übliches bzw. nicht zu kritisierendes Mittel der Kommunikation?

Ist Neid ein guter Motivator?
Für mich ja. In die Arbeiterklasse in Hamburg-Einsbüttel hinein geboren, wurde mir eine fundierte Schulbildung verweigert. Nach 9 Jahren Volksschule in den Ernst des Lebens mit einem Fußtritt entlassen. Mit der Straßenbahn auf dem Weg zur Berufsschule an der Hamburger Universität vorbei setzte bei mir der Neid ein. Zweimal die Woche. Einmal hin, dann zurück. Ich wollte auch auf eine Universität gehen! In meinem Alter von 40 Jahren fand ich heraus, dass man in Australien als "mature age student" zur Sydney Uni zugelassen werden konnte. Die nächsten 3 Jahre waren die bis dahin schönsten Jahre meines Lebens. Was macht der Neid mit euch?

Kann ich als SGB2 Empfänger ein Schulungsangebot mit Praktikum beim Jobcenter ablehnen,wenn mein Nebenjob dabei gefährdet ist??
Laut meiner Arbeitsvermittlerin ,soll ich wohl Ende des Jahres ein Praktikum im Verkauf absolvieren ( ohne Entgelt).Das ganze könnte so 1-2 Monate andauern Ich habe seit ca.2 Jahren einen Nebenjob,der dann natürlich gefährdet ist,da sich meine Chefin eine andere Hilfe einstellen wird. Ich trage aber doch mit diesem Nebenjob monatlich 58,-Euro zu meinen Unterhaltsleistungen vom Jobcenter bei,welche dann auch wegfallen. Hinzu kommt,dass nach diesem Praktikum mein Nebenjob weg ist und ich auch keine Zusatzverdienst mehr erhalte,welcher auch dazu beitrug,die ALG 2 Leistungen zu kürzen . Kann ich dieses Praktikum ablehnen,ohne mit Sanktionen vom Jobcenter zu rechnen???
